Foundation Skills in Attachment-Based ISTDP
Accelerate Healing. Achieve Enduring Change
Attachment-Based Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (AB-ISTDP) is an active, emotion-focused form of psychodynamic psychotherapy which integrates principles from attachment theory and neuroscience to develop powerful therapeutic techniques. The clinical and cost-effectiveness of this approach is extensively documented, with impressive research outcomes across a broad spectrum of disorders, including depression, anxiety, and somatisation. In this approach, therapeutic benefits endure and improve over long-term follow-up.
